A hollow is where mentors like to teach their apprentices how to fight, and they tend to practice hunting crouches here as well. The hollow is covered in soft moss and grass, making most rough-and-tumbles rather nested and harmless, and many trees surround it.

An ancient, unpaved dirt path which leads from the mossy hollow and heads north cuts through ThunderClan territory. It's fairly safe to wander about out here, since the monsters have abandoned it. It has been dubbed "The Old Thunderpath" by the cats who live here.

Carrying an ominous atmosphere inside, this abandoned twoleg nest is located at the end of the old thunderpath. Herbs and prey both thrive here, but sometimes during epidemics, sick cats may be quarantined inside until the threat has passed.

ThunderClan holds ownership over the north-eastern portion of the lake, where they often come to gather water for the elders and medicine cat, and for themselves. It isn't uncommon for cats to come here just to think either, especially when something is eating at them.

Sitting right smack in between ThunderClan and ShadowClan, a patch of earth and grass sits surrounded by a mixture of pine and oak trees. Long ago, the clearing was given to ShadowClan by Firestar, but then it was stolen back by force - resulting in the death of russetfur, an ancient ShadowClan deputy. Ever since then, it has been contested for constantly, with ShadowClan believing that they have a rightful claim to it. The prey is excellent here, and it must be monitored closely by whoever controls it.
