Adderstar
shadowclan leader
Adderstar has always been a guarded she cat, a fact which was discovered even before she was made a 'paw'. She doesn't tend to let others close unless they're of a like mind, and even then she'll be bound to butt heads with her close circle from time to time. Her loyalty is a complicated things by the loosest of standards. No cat wants to come between Adderstar and her position as leader of Shadowclan, which she jealously guards. The lust for power has been sated since reaching the highest rank attainable within her clan, but its obvious to those she rules over that she wants MORE for her clan. Adder would turn on a clan mate if it meant securing her position as leader or furthering the clans advantage over another. But at the same time, Adder is as loyal as they come when it is a matter of the clan as a whole. This clan leader eats, sleeps and will die Shadowclan.
Socially she is incredibly suspicious of anyone who has 'dirty blood' (a cat born outside the clan or with one parent from outside it). Both your heritage and allegiances go a long way when attempting to socialize with this massive she cat. Often times, if you're a past kitty pet, don't bother even speaking to her. She's prone to violence in the face of kittypets. However, being a Shadowclan cat isn't always safe either. if you have too many friends outside the clan with which you socialize too often, she'll likely suspect your loyalties are weak. At gatherings you won't see her gabbing with too many other cats.
When it comes to apprentices, they're wise to watch their step around Adderstar, as she's incredibly strict with how things are to be done. Things should be done right the FIRST time, none of this 'learning from mistakes' nonsense that she hears soft queens talking about. Anyone paired up with Adderstar as a mentor is likely to loathe the match, or revel in it, and you couldn't find a fiercer cat to have by your side. While oftentimes she thinks her apprentices are mouse-brained, she is also viciously protective of them, for if you manage to get into her inner circle, you're set.
Ratmask

If you were to look at Ratmask from the perspective of someone from outside River Clan, you might see a big brutish looking tom who doesn't often speak and not much more than that. To those he doesn't call clanmate, thats really all there is to him. But from within the clan, many who know him know of the soft spot that he holds for kits, apprentices and the elderly. While even in camp and at his coziest Ratmask doesn't speak a whole lot, he often goes out of his way to make sure that his clanmates are well fed, settled and and taken care of. Though he was born into Riverclan with questionable blood, Ratmask is as loyal as they come and does his best to make sure that Riverclan would be proud to call him their Warrior. But like his suffix implies, his stony exterior hides much more than what it would let on. While he can be kind and attentive to those in the clan, Ratmask can also be a dark cat. He strongly dislikes those outside the clans, abhorring both kittypets and loners alike. Even some clan cats with questionable loyalty to their forest as a whole, cats who might turn to the life of a kitty pet or otherwise, can end up on his bad side. Though on this 'bad side' Ratmask won't go out of his way to be nasty to you, don't expect him to be friendly by any means. There is as much bad in Ratmask as there is good, as often as he tried to accentuate the good.
Sandflight

Prone to the occasional bout of 'chatty cathy' syndome, Sandflight is a fair and motherly thunderclan warrior. She enjoys both the presence of Warriors and Apprentice alike, and doesn't shrug off the company of Elders if they happen to want to share a 'back in my day'. The sentiment goes out to cats outside her clan even, as Sandflight isn't afraid to make friends with cats of other allegiances. It is however always remembered that Thunderclan comes first. With her brother, Rowanstar, as leader, Sandflight couldn't possibly be prouder of him. She's fiercely protective of both her clan and her brother and though she often seems soft and docile, Sandflight can become quite the fighter if the need arises. A motivated sort, once this tan she cat sets her mind to something you better bet it's getting done! All in all, Sandflight is a pretty well rounded cat, though it is certainly possible to get on her bad side if you step on the tail of her clan or brother too many times. Watch out for this little spit fire if you do!
Tickstorm

Despite having been given a cruel prefix like his siblings, Ratmask & Flywhisker, Tick is a relatively kind tom. He doesn't go out of his way for cats but won't hesitate to lend a paw if asked to help out. If you catch him on a good day, you're likely to get trapped listening to him ponder over the warrior code and medicine cat codes. Careful thought is put into what he says, so whenever he does speak, it's usually well planned. On bad days he can be quite like Ratmask, silent and stoic. though this isn't terribly common. When it comes to friends, Tickstorm tries to associate with loyal clan members only, often seeking them out for advice about one thing or another, or input on an idea. Respectful to higher ups, he heeds the word of both Clan Leader and Deputy, though won't hesitate to force biter herbs down them if its necessary. Tickstorm does however have some disagreements with the medicine cat code and sometimes struggles with that...
Beetleskip

With vast amounts of energy and pep, Beetleskip is easily one of Shadowclans more silly warriors. While several of his clan mates are serious, dark things, Beetle is all about having fun. He was appropriately given the suffix 'skip' for his tendency to skip and prance through the camp, seemingly without a care in the world. It is in this fashion that he does all things in his life, handling any stress and problems as a grain of salt. He's pretty care free, and exceptionally laid back. Beetleskip doesn't dislike too many in his clan unless they're blatantly unkind to him, and is known to pester the grouchier cats of the clan that others typicially leave alone for fear they may grow lonely. A kind cat, Beetleskip doesn't like to see others left out and is always eager to include his clanmates in whatever he does, often much to their annoyance. Because his eyes are crossed, he isn't often much help on hunting patrols but does his best to catch what he can and contribute to the kill pile. Little gets him down and when he does return with empty paws there isn't much fretting over it.

Tough on her apprentices, Adderstar expects them to display unwavering loyalty. They should be prepared for tireless training and rough battle preparation. Adderstar is not easily pleased.

Whitepounce (SC) - deceased. Whitepaw and Adderstar, then Adderclaw, went round and round. He had a steely resolve and did not bend easily to authority, but after a time the two became close. He sailed through his apprenticeship after that and became a warrior, granted the suffix 'pounce' for his hunting prowess. FRIENDSRatmask, though quiet, isn't an unlikable cat. He listens well and is a good cat to come to with problems. He's likely to have plenty of pals.
--------------------------------------------Dusthawk (RC) - This friendship was thrust upon him rather than sought out by both parties. Between them, Dusthawk does a majority of the talking and Ratmask offers soft 'mmhms' of understanding. He is fond of the quirky, loud mouthed tom, and enjoys his company even if he doesn't do the talking.
Flywhisker (RC) - His sister and fellow warrior, Ratmask is quite fond of her though not as close to her as his brother Tickstorm. The three of them share the memories of being doubted for their blood and often stuck together as kits/apprentices.
Tickstorm (RC) - Brother and medicine cat, Ratmask is the least close to Tickstorm between his two siblings. They get along fine, but never really pal'd around during their younger moons. He recognizes Tickstorm as a source of wisdom however and does not hesitate to come to him when the need arise.
Webtoe (RC) - adoptable. Especially close to and fond of his former mentor & teacher, Ratmask is known to seek his wisdom on matters which trouble him. When he isn't with his siblings or out on patrol, he's likely with Web. Webtoe helped him come to grips with the doubt others harbored for him, but taught him to show them it did not define him.
Magpiestar (RC) - Both Clan leader and friend, Ratmask closely relates to their elderly leader. When he isn't going to Webtoe for wisdom and advice, it is to Magpie. The two even share a long, thick coat, bringing their similarities closer.ENEMIESTypically kittypets and loners would end up here, ones that don't know how to stay out of clan territory. He is not unkind, but is territorial.

Fallowgrip - living. Fallowpaw was a guarded and often distant apprentice, though she learned quickly and always did as she was told. Given the suffix 'grip' just after her 12th moon, she sailed straight through her test for Warrior with flying colors. Ratmask and her talk from time to time, but they still aren't too close.
Swiftpaw - current. Ratmask hopes to become close with Swiftpaw, like he was unable to do with Fallowpaw, and is eager to work with the young tom more. Rowanstar (TC) - Her best friend, brother & leader, Rowanstar is the closest cat to Sandflight. The two can often be found hunting together and running patrols when he is available and during their downtime are not often far apart. The easiest way to cross Sandflight is to wrong her brother, as her loyalty to him is as strong as her loyalty to Thunderclan itself.
Birdflight (TC) - Close in age, Sandflight has been known to hang out with Birdflight when she isn't on patrols or with her brother. The calico she cat has always been kind and her loyalty to the clan is admirable.
Morningdew (TC) - Though the other she cat is young, Sandflight is particularly fond of this orange furred warrior. She has an excellent sense of humor and though she is a bit quirky at times, is kind. Most recently however Morningdew has been acting curiously...Sandflight can't put her paw on it but something weird is up with her.ENEMIES
Usually only cats who have done something really foul to her brother, her clan or herself end up here.

Ratmask (RC) - Brother to Tickstorm & Flywhisker Ratmask is the third cat in the pest trio. He enjoys Ratmasks company and doesn't seem to mind the others quiet, stoic demeanor. Though he isn't as close with Ratmask as he is Flywhisker, he still checks up on Rat from time to time to make sure all is well.
Magpiestar (RC) - One of his favorite cats in the clan, Magpie is also their leader. Though there is a large age gap between them, the senior tom is frequently Tickstorms confidant for both personal matters and those pertaining to the clan as dictated by their ranks. It is with Magpie that he ponders over the Warrior Code and what lies in Starpelt.ENEMIESDo his siblings wrong, or even the clan, and you're askin' for it!
